Notepad++ adalah software yang berguna sebagai pengganti Notepad biasa, tetap juga mempunyai kegunaan lain, yaitu sebagai Software pengedit Source Code dengan Dukungan Sintaks Untuk Berbagai Bahasa Pemrograman, biasanya paling banyak dijalankan di sistem Operasi Microsoft Windows, dengan beberapa fitur terbaru, kita tidak usah menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio yang sangat besat ukurannya hanya untuk mengedit source code, cukup dengan notepad++ yang kecil ini, kita bisa menyatukan Notepad dengan Editor Source Code, gimana?, asyik bukan?, okeh kalo gitu, langsung di download.

- Comment only start at the beginning of line
In the case of several comment pairs defined, comment open symbols match only with comment close symbols of the same order. (for example: /* C comment */, /+ D comment +/, but not /* mixed comment +/)
